Barb Palmer
Although relatively new to the
business of real estate, Barb has experienced the excitement and
challenges of home ownership many times. After graduating from the
University of Minnesota she established homes across the country
from Minnesota to California, Florida and Tennessee. Barb and her
husband, Dave, raised their two sons in Richfield and currently
live in a lovely condo nestled along a peaceful bank of Minnehaha
Creek. After many years in business management, she decided that
her highly developed set of organizational and “people” skills
would be well suited for a career in real estate. We agree! |
Barb likes to work with buyers and sellers in the urban
neighborhoods of Minneapolis and the inner ring of western suburbs
from Golden Valley to Richfield. She listens to her clients, and
considers their needs as her first priority. Her easy way with
people makes the house-hunting experience fun, and her ability to
quickly understand a situation allows her to help her clients make
fully informed decisions when there is little time to lose.
Above all, Barb is dedicated to providing honest service to all
her clients, and wholeheartedly subscribes to River Realty’s
philosophy that to create “win-win” transactions, facts must be
communicated clearly and both sides must be respected.
Away from business, Barb enjoys time with family and friends,
along with plenty of good food, music and laughter. You may see
her walking around Lake Harriet or along West River Parkway. She
has always loved collecting rocks and you can be sure she will
have an amazing smooth stone to show you…just ask!
