Having spent his first
two years in real estate with Lakes Area Realty, Rick chose to
further his opportunities in the business by joining the agent
team at River Realty.

Prior to entering the
real estate field, Rick owned and operated a successful technical
publications business for over a decade and a half. His experience
with business contracts, negotiations, and project management have
served him well in the real estate industry. However, Rick insists
that the most important lesson he learned in business was that a
service-oriented approach to working with clients leads to more
satisfied clients, and therefore more long term success, than any
sales-oriented approach can.
Accordingly, Rick takes special pride in spending extra time with
each client in order to fully understand their individual needs.
He also ensures that he explains to each client in detail the
various steps involved in buying or selling a home, and what
services they can expect from him at each step.
