The St. Paul Town and Country/Merriam Park area comprises the Merriam Park and Town & Country neighborhoods of west St. Paul on the east side of the Mississippi River, north of Grand Avenue, south of Interstate 94 and west of Lexington Avenue encompassing the University of St. Thomas, Concordia University and Midway Shopping complex.
