Mary Alice Kopf

Mary Alice KopfMary Alice grew up in suburban Milwaukee and has lived in Minneapolis since 1967, all 41 years at the same address in Prospect Park! She taught elementary and high school art until entering real estate sales in 1973: she learned the ropes as a newly licensed Realtor at the gone-but-not-forgotten 1st Minneapolis Realty, later moving to Burnet, and eventually to Re/Max. Over the years she has won many awards and become a familiar fixture in Southeast area real estate.

But awards and sales recognition are not what she is about. Mary Alice finds that the purchase and sale of real estate is a perfect combination of elements for her interests and talents as an architectural history buff, amateur architect, interior designer and neighborhood activist. She has substantially renovated (and occasionally redesigned) dozens of buildings over the years, and can easily help sellers to see what work needs to be done to properly market their home; just as easily, she can help buyers avoid potential problems or see hidden value. Still the teacher, she believes in educating her clients and guiding them along their own particular path to their real estate goals.
